To create a new sales rep, go to the Sales Reps page and click the Add New button. You’ll see the following page:
Start by filling in the Sales Rep Details section, which includes:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email: The email address associated with the sales rep. This is where the status update notifications will be sent, and will also be the email address they will have to input if you have the Email Verification setting enabled.
- Sales Rep WP Username: Use this to associate this sales rep with an existing WordPress user account. For more info, please see here.
Don’t forget to click the Save Sales Rep button at the top when you are done.
Sales Rep Orders
The Sales Rep Orders section displays all orders that are currently assigned to this sales rep.
