One of the key features of this plugin is the ability to automatically send out notifications to your customers when you update the status of their orders. To set this up, you just need create the emails you want (the plugin comes with several default ones) and then enable the notifications you want.
If you are using the ultimate version, you will also have the option to send SMS notifications.
